Supply Chain Resiliency Review

How does it work?

A resiliency review can consist of one or all of the parts below based on client preference and needs.

  1. Resiliency Audit: A thorough and independent assessment of your full end-to-end operations will result in a heat map showing areas and levels of risk across the supply chain.

  2. Resiliency Playbook: Clients can decide if they would like to delve further and have us create a customized playbook that provides solutions for the high to moderate risk items identified during the audit, with an outlined plan to reduce overall risk of supply chain failure.

  3. Playbook Execution: Resource and team preservation is high on the list of priorities for most companies these days. With this in mind we can offer full hands-on support and guidance for your teams to put the plan into action, while your teams focus on maintaining your current operations.
